Our project site selection safety criteria, emergency communication systems, policies on safety and procedures, detailed emergency action plan and staff trained on protocols for responding to crimes and other incidents is awesome. ILeap works with chiefs, government appointees in districts as well as the Police institutions in communities we serve.

It is true that crime happens in every country, our purpose is to reduce the likelihood that you will become a crime victim. You are also trained to take steps to make yourself a less likely target of crime. You will be integrated into communities, learn local languages, stay aware of current issues around you and abide by ILeap’s policies and procedures on safety and security. Our doctors & nurses leading the Doctors on Wheels project will provide you with 24/7 medical care.

60% of your program fees helps iLeap to provide school supplies and training in STEM education for out of school children and children who have dropped out of school. Vulnerable women and girls are empowered to take up sustainable livelihood programs to make a living. We are thankful to you.

Whilst preaching diversity, inclusion, equality, accountability, transparency and honesty to the external world, iLeap has  internal mechanisms to ensure that we practice what we preach. iLeap conducts monthly and annual evaluation and monitoring of its programs to ensure that vulnerable communities are receiving the assistance that has been earmarked for them. Our program evaluation and monitoring is done through internal and external audit. There are  periodic reports and progress sheets shared as program sponsors are apprised of  the impact of their contributions.   iLeap ensures that monies spent on beneficiaries are recorded diligently and accurately.
