Payment &

iLeap will write to you upon receipt of your application within an hour. Upon acceptance you will be notified.  You can use Western Union Money Transfer or Vigo. You can also send it directly to the Bank Accounts provided below. We encourage our volunteers to make full payment of program fees at least 3 weeks prior to departure.

Program Cancellation

Registration on a program that is made unavailable by the iLeap. the volunteer may elect to do any of the following:

• Demand a full refund which iLeap SHALL humbly comply
• Choose a different program of same cost or duration which iLeap will permit without any charges against the volunteer
• Choose a different program of cost and duration lesser than the program chosen earlier. iLeap will pay the difference to the volunteer.

Registration on a program that is made available by the iLeap, the volunteer may elect to do any of the following:

• Cancel a program after acceptance, volunteer forfeits 5% of program fees paid.
• Cancel a program after placement arrangement made, volunteer forfeits 15% of program fees paid
• Early departure or refusal to turn up for program, 50% of program fees is retained by iLeap

 Our iLeap Volunteering House provides volunteers with dormitory-style sleeping arrangements. There is 24/7 medical & security support for iLeap volunteers at the centre. Volunteers have access to iLeap Office to interact with iLeap Program Coordinator for more than 10 hours a day. Our Program Manager holds a duty to ensure all accommodation is clean, comfortable and safe.
